Position: Capture Manager – HHS & DHA

Clearance: Must have a DoD Position of Trust, or ability to gain a clearance

FT/PT Status: Full-Time Employment

Location: Remote (Office location is Fairfax, VA). Candidate must reside in Washington D.C., Maryland or Virginia or willing to relocate.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Salary Range: 90,000 - 125,000/yr. (based on experience) & opportunities for bonuses.


Overview:
This Capture Manager - HHS & DHA will work closely with Kreative Technologies’ leadership team and other industry and government partners to run all aspects of their assigned pursuits. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience in captures/proposals that will lead an overall capture effort, including investment strategy, supplier and contract partnerships, technical development, and customer relationships and alignment priorities. Must be adept at quickly understanding what is required to win, developing compelling value propositions, and preparing strong business cases for leadership. Must have proven strong team leadership skills and writing abilities. Candidate must be comfortable with briefing at the executive level and establishing NDAs, working with GSC, teaming, and sourcing. The ideal candidate will have insight into upcoming opportunities within DHA & HHS and has proven experience shaping and tracking solicitations.

Responsibilities:
• Customer relationship management and development; Customer acquisition approach analysis and shaping; Government Relations collaboration on engagement strategies and execution

• Developing capture strategy and tactics to produce capture products such as competitive assessments, teaming strategies, and prices-to-win analysis results applied to improve competitive posture.

• Develops clear and concise Win Themes and Value Propositions for the capture.

• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and functional organizations involved in program pursuit.

• Developing relationships with teaming partners and industry associations to help drive partnerships

• Development and management of investment capture project funds, schedule, and execution

• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual numbers based on lead generation, qualification and sales process review

• Stay informed of industry trends, technologies, partners, and competitors; develop proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge

• Utilize strong leadership and influencing skills; negotiate and build strong business relationships both outside and within the organization.

• Plan, measure and communicate progress towards the plan, identify roadblocks, and come up with appropriate resolutions.

• Plan and execute account strategy by segment and geography, create and present sales plans, set milestones, measure performance and be accountable for results to executive management.

Education/Skills/ Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-4 years of direct inside sales experience within DHA, HHS, and DoD.

• Resides in Washington D.C., Maryland or Virginia or willing to relocate as the role requires engaging clients and customers in-person.

• Outstanding track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally and as a sales leader.

• Knowledge, experience and understanding of the U.S. Federal Government landscape.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional leadership qualities.

• Experience with both civilian and DoD Government agencies preferred, especially DHA & HHS.

• Experience with Federal Information Systems & Health Information Systems highly preferred.
