Position: Capture Manager - Air Force & Space Force

Salary Range:
90,000 - 125,000/yr. (based on experience) & opportunities for bonuses.


Overview:
The Air Force Business Capture Manager will work closely with the Kreative Technologies’ leadership team, United States Air Force, Space Force, and other industry and government partners to develop capture strategy, tactics, and produce capture products such as competitive assessments, teaming strategies, and prices-to-win analysis results applied to improve competitive posture. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience in captures/proposals that will assist with capture efforts, including investment strategy, supplier and contract partnerships, technical development, and customer relationships and alignment priorities. Must be adept at quickly understanding what is required to win, developing compelling value propositions, and preparing strong business cases for leadership. Must have proven strong team leadership skills and writing abilities. Candidate must be comfortable with briefing at the executive level and establishing NDAs, working with GSC, teaming, and sourcing. The ideal candidate will have insight into upcoming opportunities within the U.S.A.F. and has proven experience shaping and tracking solicitations.

Responsibilities:
• Customer relationship management and development; Customer acquisition approach analysis and shaping; Government Relations collaboration on engagement strategies and execution

• Developing capture strategy and tactics with leadership to produce capture products such as competitive assessments, teaming strategies, and prices-to-win analysis results applied to improve competitive posture.

• Helps to develop clear and concise Win Themes and Value Propositions for the capture.

• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and functional organizations involved in program pursuit.

• Developing relationships with teaming partners and industry associations to help drive partnerships

• Development and management of investment capture project funds, schedule, and execution

• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual numbers based on developed pipeline, qualification and shaping process review.

• Stay informed of industry trends, technologies, and competitors; develop proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge

• Utilize strong leadership and influencing skills; negotiate and build strong business relationships both outside and within the organization.

• Plan, measure and communicate progress towards the plan, identify roadblocks, and contribute to appropriate resolutions.

• Plan and execute account strategy by segment and geography, create and present sales plans, set milestones, measure performance and be accountable for results to executive management.

Education/Skills/ Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-4 years of direct inside sales experience working within the United States Air Force.

• Proven experience soliciting and winning U.S.A.F. contracts highly desired.

• Knowledge, experience and understanding of the U.S. Federal Government landscape, specifically regarding Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Systems Engineering and Software Development services.

• Experience working directly with Air Force, Space Force and Federal Government personnel.

• Sales experience with commercial companies is a plus.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
